April 1

• Early registration begins.

July 31

• First billing statements for fall parts-of-terms are emailed to your mySFA email account. These emails are generated thereafter on a weekly basis.
• Payment plans: If you have a $0 prior balance, you may enroll in the Early Fall - 4 Monthly Installment Payment Plan or one of the two Fall 24 - 4 Installment Payment Plans to pay your amount due in four installments.
  • First payment for the Early Fall - 4 Monthly Installment Payment Plan is due before financial aid is posted to student accounts.
  • #1 Fall 24 - 4 Installment Payment Plan allows your financial aid to be applied first to installments.
  • #2 Fall 24 - 4 Installment Payment Plan applies your financial aid equally among all four installments.

Aug. 8

• Past-due balances due to avoid being dropped from all of your registered courses.

Aug. 9

• Early Fall - 4 Monthly Installment Payment Plan: First installment is due if you enrolled in this option.
  • Last day to enroll in this plan.
  • $25 Late Installment Fee is charged if installment is not paid by this deadline.
• Any unpaid prior balance amounting $200 or more will result in your being dropped from all of your registered courses at noon.

Aug. 12

• Short-term loans begin. You must have a $0 past due balance. Visit the Office of Financial Aid and Scholarship's loans webpage for more information.

Aug. 16

• Financial aid is posted to student accounts.
• Barnes and Noble charges against credit balances begin.

Aug. 22

• Fall 24 - 4 Installment Payment Plan is due.
  • Last day to enroll in one of these plans.
  • First installment is due if you enrolled in this option.
  • $25 Late Installment Fee is charged if installment is not paid by this deadline.
• Amount due will include other enrolled fall parts-of-term. This must be paid through one of the following options:
  • make payment in full
  • make installment through payment plan, if you enrolled in this option

• Noon drop for nonpayment for all full fall classes.
• Deadline to withdraw with 100% refund for full fall courses.

• Full fall begins.
• $25 Late Registration Fee begins.

Aug. 27

• Cash advances begin through BankMobile disbursements on credit balances.

Sept. 3

• Barnes and Noble charges against credit balances end.

Sept. 4

• Cash advances end through BankMobile disbursements on credit balances.

Sept. 6

• Refund sent to BankMobile disbursements.

Sept. 10

• 5 p.m. deadline to drop with 100% refund. You must remain enrolled (you cannot drop to zero hours) to be eligible for a refund on a dropped course.
• Second installment is due if you're enrolled in one of the following payment plans: 
  • Early Fall - 4 Monthly Installment Payment Plan
  • #1 Fall 24 - 4 Installment Payment Plan
  • #2 Fall 24 - 4 Installment Payment Plan

• Late Add Fee begins. You'll be charged $50 per credit hour and may add classes only upon approval from the course instructor, department chair and academic dean.
• Manual drop for nonpayment of current amounts due at noon for all full fall classes. To register, add or change classes, you must pay current amounts due through one of the following options:
  • make payment in full
  • make installment through payment plan, if you enrolled in this option
  • or apply for a short-term loan.
• Reinstatement Fee begins. You'll be charged $50 per credit hour if you're re-registering for a course from which you were previously dropped.

Sept. 12

• Refunds begin weekly.

Sept. 20

• Last day to apply for an exemption or waiver (except the Hazlewood Exemption).
• Late adds and reinstatements end.
• Short-term loans end for full fall
• Deadline to withdraw with a partial refund for full fall courses.

• #3 Fall 24 - 2 Installment Payment Plan:
  • Last day to enroll in this plan.
• Installment payment is due if you're enrolled in one of the following payment plans:
